The first one is for the bride who needs help only with the little details, someone to manage the overall flow of the day and take care of any issues that may arise.  The second is much more detailed; it benefits the bride who wants a helping hand with the details from day one.

 

Day of Wedding Only

For the bride who needs help with ideas, we can help you create a beautiful concept.

It’s as easy as sitting down with one of our designers and let her advise on the latest trends, colors and costs.  We will profile for you 3 blue prints to work from and guide you to your next steps.

Day of Coordinator

Knowing that every wedding is unique, we at Platinum Blue believe that our day-of coordination service is a pretty well fine tuned to compile with even the most complex of wedding days. Happily we will work with you to insure wedding i’s are dotted, t’s crossed and that you are well staffed in case anything should arise, our “d.o.c.” service takes you through a well thought out process that begins about a month before the big day. Once you decide to work with us, we match you up with a Lead Coordinator and a support team that can best facilitate your day. Perhaps you need someone who is particularly good at managing large wedding parties. Let us know and we’ll assemble the team best suited for your needs! About 4 weeks before, you will sit down for a “Relax and Run” with your Coordinator to go over the details of your day, troubleshoot any things that you may not have spoken about and develop your timeline. Your event manager will then reach out to all of your vendors to make sure that everyone is on the same page! On the Day of the wedding itself, our team will be there to oversee all aspects of the day- from vendor set up, to photo sessions and of course, the wedding and reception. From ($75./hr) If you are looking for someone to just be your coordinator, making sure things run smoothly thru your day. We are available to customize this for you as well. We do prefer a minimum of 2hrs at $75.00 per hour

 

Decor

Décor is one of the main facets of every wedding. Events by Platinum Blue pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality yet affordable decor items for our Bride and Grooms. We welcome all your suggestions. We have some exclusive inventory but do source out most items. Inventory requires space for storage which is costly, so we have chosen to work with several other industry professionals for décor and staging items and this helps us not incur extra costs which would reflect our prices. All of our packages however include sourcing and securing all of your décor.

Should you require someone to just set up your decor and follow your plans, assemble your purchased or rented decor, flowers etc. We offer Decor' only at $75.00 per hour/minimum 2hr commitment
